Simon Rochowski selected as a winner of the 2021 Dulux Study Tour

studioplusthree are very excited to share the news that director Simon Rochowski has been selected as a winner of the Australian Institute of Architects 2021 Dulux Study Tour.

Each year, this prize selects five emerging architects from across Australia to embark on a tour of architectural works and practices.

Alice Hampson, jury chair and national president of the Australian Institute of Architects, said, “The Dulux Study Tour is one of our most coveted awards. It celebrates the importance of experiencing architecture first-hand by our most promising practitioners. The prize has run since 2008 and has fostered some of the most promising emerging architects in the nation.”

“Selection for the award acknowledges early-career architects for their individual achievements and contribution to architectural practice, education, design excellence and community involvement.”

Staying in Australia for the first time, Simon will be joined on the Tour by four fellow winners from across Australia - congratulations to Carly Martin @akimbo.architecture , Elizabeth Walsh @cumulus_studio, Madeline Sewall @breathearchitwcture and Nick Roberts from @johnwardlearchitects .
