Potts Point Lobby

studioplusthree were engaged to redesign an outdated lobby in a prestigious Potts Point apartment building.

Considerations included creating a sense of luxury and intimacy within the new design, as well as resolving issues such as circulation, storage, concierge facilities and mailbox facilities. The design responds through the use of a warm and rich material palette of walnut and stone, localised soft lighting, and clarity of functional areas.
